Okay guys, here's the rules and guidelines for our upcoming V8 league. Please read and comments are welcome.

on headlights, i've read many online leagues rules and about 90% ban the usage of headlights during race except night race because :

i. we have stiff penalty if you dont give way to the leaders,
ii. and rFactor have position bar on the lower part of the screen, so cannot claim that you didnt know the leader is coming.
iii. the game will auto penalise you if you do not give way to the leaders.

well, if we start the qualify at 10 pm, we'll finish the race by 11.25 pm. on this, lets see what others think about it.

ii. Some of driver location is mixed up.
iii. Maybe can change the wording of 'Sim Racing History' to 'Online League Racing History' ; as originally intended by redline.

ehh you guys have read the rules and regulations, right? any more comments (aside from sabelt and karom)? need to finalise in 2 weeks time.

mie2, when the league start, we will not use hamachi lah. we will use dedicated server. The hamachi network is for practice only....

chapree, maybe can pm redline bout that...

and maybe can help us promote rFactor too?

well, about sending a team to the FSR league, we need commitment from those who are willing to race the whole season. If only participate for two events, and then withdraw, it will bring shame to our league imho.

on the race yesterday (3 race in total), my hand still 'kebas' ... lol because i turn the FFB 100% If we want to race 100%, may i suggest we dont use FSR tire file, but instead use the default tire files because :

i. the fsr tire dont have hard compound : they only have soft and medium
ii. the 2005 rules : we cant change tires... so we need a harder compound to last the race.

to linkin and karom, we need to update the MSR website because we need to promote our league ASAP before the league start.
