My supp has a separate statement, so can I request PBB to transfer the supp's outstanding balance to my principle card account?

Any point to complain? I complain to CS before but they said its just like that. Of course because I knew so i didn't overspend.

e.g. buy electrical appliances (e.g. fridge, TV, etc.) from merchant A with amount RM2k, swipe with PBB card, then after 3 days, call PBB to convert that RM2k into 9month Flexipay.

advantages: good for single large sum transaction. no additional fees. simple call-in to CS, done in 1 minute. if you have multiple flexipay done, you can also BT your upcoming statement to another card, further extending the period (e.g. BT to MBB's 12mth 0%).

disadvantages: not by statement (for this, you do BT instead), need min RM2k for 9month 0% flexipay, tricky when your purchase is near bill date (T&C: 3 days after transaction, 5 days before bill date).

the t&c doesnt state petrol in the exclusion clause, so it should be considered qualified trx.
pbb is quite ok to process the missed cb manually.

how much cb impacted?

in my case, my principal card, impact was RM47.62 cb missed, so i quickly filed a report and gotten it back successfully.
