99k annual income can apply this card?
if add share dividend then can exceed 100k, can add dividend in annual income?

Dividend is not reflected in your EPF (for salaried worker), therefore not considered.
but with 99k, you should give it a try.

After 2 months waiting, finally i received the msg from PBB in this morning, informed me that the credit card has been approved.

I also don't know bro. I applied via PBB online, 1st call to CS after 2 weeks, they said alrd received my application, in the process. then, 2nd call to CS after 1 month, still the same answer, " in process". 3rd call after 6 weeks, this time i    them dy, the CS said will remark as urgent, he promised that i will get the answer within a week. Finally i get it after waiting another 2 weeks. For those who rushing for this credit card, i advise u apply through the branch, might be u can get it faster.

I submitted on 3 July via online, few days before Hari raya (slow processing due to long holiday). 12 July received SMS for approval and I got the card on 14 July. Very fast.

after being rejected, how long do i have to wait before i can reapply?

I paid TNB today via uobpayonline early this morning. Haven't receive any confirmation email. Anyone face the issue? If I really don't get the email, what should be done? Aside checking if pbb received the transaction.

I pay cukai taksiran this morning via UOB Payonline, until now no email from them.. Check my PBB online acc, no authorize charges shown too

You can call card centre to either send to your nearest branch, collect from Card Centre in Hq or mail to your home (which I dont recommend).

Make sure its you who receives it. I never ask them to mail as I fear it will fall into syndicate hands. But maybe Im paranoid. 

Just wondering can I apply online for supplementary card? Just don't have the time for walk in.

Public Bank customer support so lousy sucks.
Drop them an email regarding the pledge FD for credit card issue since 19-08-2016, but until today no one from public bank email me or call me.
