Hi Guys
I applied via ringgitplus 10 days ago but didn't get any respond back from pbb. Called cs today and was told the application got rejected and they can't let me know the reason the application got rejected.
Is there a way to check why the application got rejected? Such as walk in to branch?
My citibank clear just got approved 2 months ago via ringgutplus. Not sure if applyingg cc in short period will cause the rejection.
P/s: Requirements are fulfilled

Still did not get any respond from my email enquiries. Went to branch today but they told me to check with customer service. Gave them a call and they try to help me appeal. Asked whether i have loan with the bank and the on time payment. Then check with them again after 1 week. |

Just to share. CS told me PBB no longer use pos laju. Just normal mail delivery.
Previous card delivered to my office reception but supp card was in the mail box.
