Made TNB payment via payonline on 21 JUL and received email on 22 JUL saying approved.

Until today also haven't reflected in TNB website... anyone facing slow update?

i just did, and the payment went through just fine. they must have updated the system

the stamping fees is for ATF (auto funds transfer), as per the top right corner on the application form, there is a box for stamping.

just got back from taman OUG branch, the experience is rather painful, total time taking 1hr+
at first the branch CS checked with few other officers, then told me need to go home branch, i then saw the TnC says nearest branch, so called card center to confirm it is indeed any brach, and then went back to the branch officer to call to find out how.

half way during the call, one of the few officers that previously said couldn't be done, suddenly printed a piece of paper with internal instruction n process for this. sibeh jalat, they just need to verify my signature, and biometric, then forward the form to my SA home branch.

bad exp with this branch. i had to complain to HQ and multiple follow ups to get my AFT setup.

another time my sub card holder went, just to create PIB for the credit card, was told this can not be done and give many excuses.
then asked to speak to branch manager, the CS in branch only die die do.

about 2 weeks.
