Yes ... take note: you need RM10 (stamp) to open the account... & retaining RM20.... so essentially you're getting back RM40 (or RM20 with RM20 retained)
the stamping fees is for ATF (auto funds transfer), as per the top right corner on the application form, there is a box for stamping.
just got back from taman OUG branch, the experience is rather painful, total time taking 1hr+
at first the branch CS checked with few other officers, then told me need to go home branch,

i then saw the TnC says nearest branch, so called card center to confirm it is indeed any brach, and then went back to the branch officer to call to find out how.
half way during the call, one of the few officers that previously said couldn't be done, suddenly printed a piece of paper with internal instruction n process for this. sibeh jalat, they just need to verify my signature, and biometric, then forward the form to my SA home branch.
