Just submitted new application for this card again. Hopefully after 6 months PB will give me some good news.
Submitted online but still have to print & sign a form and resubmit again. |

Still no news regarding my application status. Applied online thru the pbesite, submitted the required documents as well.
Called PB last week but was told there was no record in the system yet and when asked why was there no acknowledgement email for my documents was told that the online application email will not have auto generated reply, but the CR assured me the application will be processed. Let's see how long it'll take then. |

Applied for this card again in December and yet they only gave me platinum. Luckily I emailed them and asked. Called in to enquire regarding the appeal process and was told that PB strictly follows the 100k min requirement. Told the CS agent that I've VS & WMC from other banks and he kept repeating the same thing. Cancelled the card on the spot. That's probably it PB, twice of the same incident. Despite the tempting 6% cash back but I think they should learn some basic courtesy of calling their customers first before giving them another card.

Did a quick search but couldn't find any info on this.
If enrol public VS on maxis auto billing, still entitled for the 6% rebate under online category? I saw that maxis pay is under the online group. |
