QUOTE(HMMaster @ Sep 29 2016, 09:50 AM) Can pay PTPTN using Jompay? But if I'm not mistaken, paying using Jompay is not eligible for cash rebate. Paying Jompay using credit card not consider as online transaction? not sure you have came across to pay Jompay using credit card but not eligible for cash rebate? As I know some of the Jompay merchant only allow to pay using SA or CA and some allow both (SA or CA and credit card). Thanks. |

QUOTE(meximum @ Oct 8 2016, 02:36 AM) Hi Guys Drop an email to CS, they will call you for rejected reason....I happen before application rejected to PTPTN CCRIS issue that not updated on time and cause the application rejected. Once I sent them the PTPTN letter, application get approved I applied via ringgitplus 10 days ago but didn't get any respond back from pbb. Called cs today and was told the application got rejected and they can't let me know the reason the application got rejected. Is there a way to check why the application got rejected? Such as walk in to branch? My citibank clear just got approved 2 months ago via ringgutplus. Not sure if applyingg cc in short period will cause the rejection. P/s: Requirements are fulfilled Thanks |

QUOTE(meximum @ Oct 8 2016, 11:24 AM) Hi thanks for your reply. They may take few days to call back or you can call CS to tell them when you sent email to them but still not getting their respond....As a matter of fact, i did sent an email to ask for status but no respond before i called the cs. During the call cs mentioned that they are not able to check the reason of the rejection so I'm not sure if an email will help. In your email, you can write to them asking for the reason why they rejected your application..maybe you can quote 1 or 2 reason why they reject you such as due to CCRIS or financial status issue...hope that this help.... |

QUOTE(lilsunflower @ Oct 25 2016, 12:46 AM) No, as it doesn't fall within groceries, dining or online. Absolutely agreed Just curious, why do you prefer direct debit when online payment is also quick and easy? Also, with online payments, you can time your payments better to qualify for promotional cashback too. |
