There's no 6% rebate at Nam Heong Kopitiam and Yeast Bistro Bangsar

Doesn't the TNC say that transactions that qualify for cash rebate is not counted as part of the 8x. Payonline would qualify for online cash rebate

Ah.. I see. The 6% is interpreted as standard cashback rather than promo cashback. Understand now.
