I sent in my application yesterday when the bank staff pay a visit to our company. Although my salary is slightly short after including bonuses, she said just apply la. If can get then will have at least one card for groceries.

Just got my card. Finally something to use for groceries.

Still haven't got my pin. Somehow they use my old phone number from a previous car loan. They didn't even asked for my number when they called to my office to find me to fax them the BE form. They said I didn't filed the phone number in the application form.

Actually the staff slow in submitting. Just helping a fellow staff in their trade dept that handle our stuffs. She need to fill in some quota every month.

Oh man, pbb card centre sucks...

Request to update my contact details to activate my card. They couldnt do it even after a week.

This is by far the worst card even before I start using it. CS are like shit, unable to help even with the simplest transaction like updating your contact number when I filled nothing, and they acted smart by filling in my old number. They did not even bother to ask when they called to my office to ask me to fax in my BE form.

After I fax and call to confirm received, I still have to chase them since last week. Keep telling me they will call me but never once did. Emailing pbb did not help at all. I made numerous calls in between without result.

Today I called again, then only being told it was updated. Then I got another surprise. CS told me since I changed my number, I had to walk in to activate my card. Another 40 minutes wasted.

WTH is wrong with PBB... the same thing happened with my hsbc card was resolved over 1 phone call in 24 hours. PBB had to be chased over 2 weeks, and still had to walk-in. Damn, so agitated until almost wanna cancel.

Not really. I have literally stop tracking my spending after cancelling my Wise card.
