I applied Petron and Siganure from PBB website online...totally no responds and it has been 2 weeks...I called the customer service to check for application status and it says my IC is not in the list...so should I just go to bank and apply directly? Or apply through ringgit plus? hmm.gif

EDIT: Emailed their customer service/support and also no reply sweat.gif I feel like I am being ignored ranting.gif

U applied through PBB website online or through ringgit plus? After I fill in everything and submit, there's no email confirmation or anything. 2 weeks later still no response. Email customer service/support also no reply. I feel like I am being ignored cry.gif
