i am PB VS holder, how do you tell whether certain transaction performed eligible for cash back? does the statement provide the info or you call CS to clarify. TQ

For lazy bum like me who hates to wait on the phone when calling CS, you can see from the statement, if all your spending are for CB categories (online, dining, groceries), you should not have any PB points.

Some merchants who are using the 'wrong' MCC, for example a restaurant using a hotel MCC, then your spending will end up to become the miserable PB points. Then you just check the amount of PB points with the transactions.

i made a ziip transaction on 6/10, so it should b counting on that date..

Completed on Wed (5th Oct) on retail and online spending: restaurant, grocery, Lazada, airline etc.

What were your spent items on Monday?

May be because of this?

1 of my eligible transactions was done prior to my SMS registration. Without that, I wouldn't have gotten the full cashback amount for Week 1 because I had planned to spend just about RM500 to get RM25.

What medium are you using to raise your query? Email PBB CS?

Have you ever had a promo cashback dispute before? This is my first time and I'm very nervous because I spent RM1,000 every single week during the past few weeks. Will be so disappointed if I don't get anything for all those weeks.

Yepp. Kept the screenshot of registration message, and this is the same cc number and same phone number I use for every single PBB promo. Been doing it for years, and this is first time I encountered a problem.

Hi all... for the typical Cashback campaign or new card campaign ... usually utilities or government payment not considered .... so I think you guys mentioned before posonline not considered...

For utilities... TNB and Telekom is considered as utilities but what about Astro?

Nothing at all, even though I followed up via e-mail yesterday. This is VERY STRANGE, because PBB CS is usually very efficient.

Maybe they discovered a problem on their end?

I'm going overseas tomorrow so I don't think I want to pay roaming charges if they call me. Will wait until next week. At least I got some CB for Week 2, rather than losing out on all the weeks.

Yeh, that's the reassuring thing. Im now very curious what could possibly have gone wrong. My first swipe was RM700 on shoes at Isetan, which is a very "safe" transaction for promo  cashback.

That is good. Just wonder what was wrong?
