5 transaction done before 8/3/2017
3 transaction done exactly on 12/3/2017

may be not too competitive in the 1st week of the campaign.

Anyway, if i m not wrong, splited bill may not eligible for the CB..
This monday
- TNB - via MYTNB apps - split to 6 transaction, different amount, different timing..
-Umobile - 1 x
-unifi - 1x rm50..

Actually, come to think of it, I'm not sure. For some cards, payment via MyTNB doesn't register as under UTILITY. It is something else. I will let other senior members chime in.

Hope other members who successfully got cashback will help to check if they paid Astro, Umobile or Webe so we can find out by elimination.

you can rule astro out. i got my cb.

that's why curious too, not the 5x swipe cb of RM20

if pbb dont "know" about webe, then it's good cuz it would be a generic retail spending without specific exclusion

Yeh I would have thought all his swipes should qualify. But he didn't even get RM20.

Got my RM50 CB. I remembered someone called CS and asked about MaxisPay and CS said it is under utility and hence not considered as qualified transaction.

only umobile equal 2xrm50

the rest all random amount, rm60 rm61, etc.

yeah, someone called cs asking about it. but someone else reported maxis is eligible and gotten cb.

my suspicion that tmonline is the culprit, unless someone with cb can debunk this

Don't think it's tmonline. I get my cashback with 5x payment through tm portal.

I didn't get anything for 8x tmonline. Hope it will come next month, I might call cs after I'm done with my vacation.

Edit: just checked my unbilled transactions, the 8x swipe promo cb is in.

How to know if you got it? Have to wait for statement?

I think it was an error or CB delayed, should at least get rm20. I got all similar trx qualified for previous campaign unless PBB changes its critiria like UOB.

you can check the online unbilled transactions. the cash back was credited yesterday.

I hope TM bills are not excluded in this promo. Will wait for Week 2 cashback since I paid Unifi and TM via uobpayonline
