I did Unifi through TM portal, Digi through UOB payonline and TIME fiber through TIME's portal for a combination of > RM500, but I only got RM10 cashback in Week 9.

In Week 11, there are payments for Maxis, Digi, Celcom, Streamyx, TNB and water bill for a combination of > RM500, which I also only got RM10 cashback. I think the culprit was TNB and the water bill.

yeah, i did it in the morning....
that's why i am puzzled which actually did not qualify...I did unifi and digi before and got the cashback....
that's why i suspect TIME fiber payment is the cause.

try asking CS. curious to know as well .

1) ask why total >500 on Monday not qualified.
2) what MCC for the TIME transaction. utilities? govt? etc

My UOB PayOnline payment was for Telekom Unifi (45.45 and Maxis Fibre Net 80.65). There is no "utilities".

The CS gave me a ridiculous reply which I am ignoring. He asked me to get my "Friend" - Janson, to give public bank his credit card no. for them to investigate why his transactions were later than me but eligible for cash back.

I have emailed the PBB CS to see what is their reply on that.

To be honest my last OTP to achieve RM500 purchase was 0041am 20th Dec.

Technically that's already Tuesday. Purchase done with local merchant so no dispute with timezone.

Last time I wrote to them, they actually gave me the exact time that the cashback quota ran out. They also analysed each of my transactions and told me which was ineligible. I hope you will get a similar response.

That's what i put in the email, i asked what time the cash pool runs out. I emailed the custsvc@publicbank.com.my. Do you recall which officer who assisted you to that detail?

I suspect probably the call centre dont have access to the system. He kept saying this is generated/ monitored by the system etc. I rmb you get an answer where the cs actually told you the exact date and time where the cash back runs out. Either the uobpayonline is not eligible (i doubt so, it was Unifi and Maxis Fibre Net) or they have made a mistake. Awaiting for their reply now.

From what I recall, I wrote an email, but a CS officer returned my call. He had all the information about my transactions already and also gave me exact time and date. It sounded like someone from the department overseeing the promotion, not general CS.

Normally I am very persistent and ask a lot of questions. The CS explained in lots of detail to my full satisfaction.

How u paid your water n tnb bills? Paying tnb bills thru payonline n mytnb r not eligible.

Unfortunately I could not pay my water bills via cc since it is paid to the condo JMC.

For TNB, to be eligible for the 1million swipe promo, i use shopee only and not uob payonline.
