I just did 8X transactions at Jaya Grocer (JG) however noticed that 4 transactions were done using Pin was posted immediately, while another 4 transactions were done via PayWave and was tagged as 'offline' under the card terminal receipt.
I called CS and they could not see the transactions done via PayWave. If the transactions are to be settled after a few days then gone my chances to get the cashback.
Anyone experienced something similar?

May i know from you all, why so many VS holders apply for Quantum? Is it only as secondary card after spending via VS more than 833.33 therefore cannot get any more cashback?
