It was 21800 for RM100 voucher back in 2014.

Didnt keep track of the points as using it for CB only.

Borrowing money =/= bad

Better ask him to check his CCRIS and CTOS. Either his CCRIS is 'dirty' or 'empty' . Or he might have some CTOS issue .

Thanks for advice!
What are the possible areas that may contribute to issues with CCRIS or CTOS if he had never had any borrowings before? Not sure how these things work.

my july statement showed that i didn't the cash back for june transaction at agoda.com.
PBB VS t&c have changed?
I used to got it, last time for may transaction.

Btw, i choose 'pay now'

Got to call CS tomorrow

Im not sure. Though I have both. I only know Visa Infinite can allow up to 5 X access to premium lounge while visa signature can only allow access 3 times.

applied PBB VS card early May and received sms mentioned that card approved. But until now din received any from bank....hmm shall call to cs for status?

Did you request for it to be sent to your place or something? Possibly lost in mail, call CS and check.
