sharing my experiences applying & managing 2 supp cards
1) split statement option is on the application form, or call cs after gotten the card (per
lilsunflower's advise above).
2) supp statement date will follow principal's. haven't tried to change statement post-supp application. i prefer all follow principal's statement date.
3) if split statement is chosen for supp card, it will be tied to supp individual's PBe account. remember to [Add New Card] to link/activate it in PBe, it doesnt linked automatically but only appear as available/associated card to be added.
4) principal PBe cant see supp's statement/transactions. no issue if you're the one managing all supp cards and PBe accounts. problematic if you want to track supp's unbilled transactions whereby supp dont share their PBe login with you
5) you can put your own mobile number (principal's) for supp card. this is important if you're the only one managing all supp cards' online spending (hint: TAC) or SMS alert.
6) you can put your own email address (principal's) for supp card. this is important to receive eStatement (introduced last month, particularly useful for you to receive supp card's statement if you cant access their PBe account).
7) for 5 & 6 above, each supp card holds its own contact details (mobile number & email address), irrespective to the supp individual's PBe details (their own mobile number or email address). you can't see these in their PBe, only from calling CS to find out, which leads me to below

8) you can set independent mobile number, email address, credit limit (CL) and SMS notification threshold (default RM500) for each supp card. now here's the tricky part that happened to me: application form doesnt allow you to put RM1 sms notification threshold. I purposely put a big remark there, [RM1.00].

This is a hit-or-miss problem. for my principal card, the staff recorded it immediately. for both my supp cards, the staff didnt bother at all. need to call CS back to change the SMS threshold to RM1. no questions asked and straightforward. while you're on-call with CS, verify back the supp card's recorded mobile number/email address/SMS threshold. do this to each supp card. less headache later.
9) tweaking supp's CL is done easily and fast (not sure if it's instantenous). Call CS to revise the amount. I callled yesterday to increase supp's CL, today noticed already taken effect.
10) remember to register eStatement for each supp card. I received 3 eStatement emails, 1 principal + 2 supp cards. eStatement PDF is password-locked. Content is same as PDF bill downloaded from PBe, however I noticed the filesize is different. eStatement PDF is smaller.
