I believe split and multiple are 2 different things. Split is if you have the same invoice and break it into components (several part payments). Multiple is where you swipe one after the other, each with a different invoice. This is based on my experience and past clarification with CS.

Err did you think it could be the other way around also? Now that you'd called and asked and they now know and they may disqualify the bills that many happily hoping that are qualified to get cash back?

I'm not sure why you didn't read back some of the posts by the seniors here who already clarified based on their experience it was qualified for the promo and chose to call the CS instead?

is TNB RM50 x8 qualify ?

For week 2, I have spend RM50x8 using another supplementary card. Lets see whether I get the week 2 CB or not.

If anyone has obtain CB for spending with supplementary card or principal + supplementary card, please share here so everyone can know.

for your info, I have personally SMS to register all my supplementary cards (I have total 3 cards, 1 principal + 2 supp) and the SMS reply say is successful for both of my supplementary cards.

for week 2, I spent RM50x8 purely on my supp card no. 1 and for week 3, I spend RM50x8 purely on my supp card no.2.

now for week 4, which is starting tomorrow, I have doubt (whether can get this promo CB or not) whether to combine the RM50x8 payments with my 3 cards to also fully utilize the 6% CB.

for supp card spending, also not sure the CB will appear on principal card statement or supp card statement.

I saw this clause in the T&C too but just to double confirm with some ppl who has already experience it here.
