I saw this clause, if I understand correctly, is based on the date and time of registration .

except for the pharmacies, the exclusion is almost same as the previous “Save More with PB Cash Back” Promotion.

looks like can continue pay maxis bills @ maxispay, astro, and tnb @ uobpayonline for this promo.

since the 1Mil promo's exclusion same as Save More promo's, i guess should be same logic for uobpayonline.

furthermore, uobpayonline's mcc is 4814, regardless of payee.
