It's quite dangerous to be asking CS so many questions sometimes. The more ppl ask the more they will investigate and not surprised they will remove any bill payment in the future.

Strange, I had a more than RM1K transaction on 17 Oct (after conversion from Sterling Pounds) and posted on 18 Oct but did not receive any cash back, the customer service officer told me they are still processing the 3rd week cash back and asked me to check again tomorrow.

I checked my sms, the transaction was performed online locally at 9:53am on 17 Oct which should be 2:53am 17 Oct. in UK time zone, the statement transaction and posting dates are 17 Oct. and 18 Oct. respectively.  anyway, will wait and see.

Just called CS after waiting for the last few days.  She told me my payment for a society membership fees is classified as "direct marketing" with MCC 5969 hence not entitled for the cash back promotion.
I extract the cash back conditions below:
“Qualified Retail Transactions” shall include all local and overseas retail
spending, online purchases and new Zero Interest Instalment Plan (ZIIP) full
purchase amount (not monthly instalment) and exclude the transactions that
earn Cash Back under other on-going Cash Back promotion, selected
pharmacy merchants (AA Pharmacy, AlproPlus Pharmacy, Alpro
Pharmacy, Am PM Pharmacy, Big Pharmacy, Caring Pharmacy, Farmasi
Alpha.com, Friend’s Pharmacy, Health Lane Family Pharmacy, HTM
Pharmacy, My Pharmacy, Multicare Pharmacy, Sunlight Pharmacy,
Vitacare, Wellings Pharmacy), flexipay, balance transfer, auto-debit,
recurring payments, payments for utilities, direct marketing, insurance
premiums, government related payments, payment via www.pbebank.com
and ATM, cash advance/ cash withdrawal, quasi cash, casino transaction,
interest payments, late payment fees, finance charges, annual fees,
reversals, payment to charity(ies) and any form of service/ miscellaneous
fees.

According to the previous CS it was entitled for the normal 6% cash back but it could be masked out by my other online transactions more than 1k.  It's case of hit and miss...

Not loophole lah it is a feature of the card. If PBB can combine all cards spending to calculate for CB for their periodic promo, it could do the same thing for this regular CB.

Anyone having any issues with PB OTP today? I'm not getting the OTP on the phone. Was still ok yesterday but tonight none of my online transactions are getting through.

Just wanna confirm that payment via uob payonline for TNB, MPPJ, MPSJ, DBKL with PBVS, we are still getting the cash back of 6% but these will be exlucded from the RM1 million swipe CB promo because it is being tagged as utilities (TNB) and goverment (the rest) transactions right?
