i just look at my ebill and found out that maxis didnt rebate my monthly charges rm20.00 for my Value Surf 1 Supplementary line.so i call 123,and been told that no more rebate starting from this year.
been using maxis more than 15 years,so its time to say goodbye.the reason is no notice or information from maxis,and they just did whatever they like
