Shy Rotam On A PvP Server for Alliance, Opinions!

I know getting a shy rotam is almost impossible for an alliance in a PvP server...but do any of you own it?Because it's a horde quest to summon her...anyone got any tactics to tell me...what about rakshiri?Are they both the same 100%?
