STAR scholarship not only provides tuition fee but also some general fees as well as RM100 for hostel rental allowances if i'm not mistaken
the good thing is there is no bond for this scholarship you dont have to work for your institution or the star. =) |

and if you get good results from foundation, you can use it to apply for a degree scholarship..

so good one UTAR. last time i heard that it's hard to maintain the scholarship that's why i discontinue my course after foundation and transfer to another Uni.
