for credit card in order to buy it you have to change your windows 10 region by going to setting > Time & language > region and language > change to malaysia

then you can see the store currency change from USD to Malaysia ringgit and try buying with your credit or debit card

note that malaysia windows store does not accept paypal

i think it stop working cause everyone was abusing the region pricing, i remember ppl were buying forza horizon 3 from singapore windows store from outside sg cause it was cheaper
