How to get this game on PC actually? I don't have credit card for Windows Store purchase...so Xbox Gift cards will work???

guys how exactly u preorder in Malaysia, I tried preorder from Microsoft, but no digital version. Then Xbox.store which link me to window store with error saying "the thing your looking for isnt here" bla bla bla. Then give me error code 0X00000005. Seriously wth?
