the easier is just use forwarder agent address if you already dealing buying oversea item before..

buy gift card from singapore xbox/microsoft store

u need to use dummy singapore address upon checkout.

im not really sure about dlc but most of dlc are car pack. all star car pack is included in deluxe and ultimate. other car pack dlc will be released starting october

afaik preorder will use different validation compare to gift card. cc will be charged directly when purchasing gift card but not preorder title. many ppl failed to buy preorder title using cc including me.

u can try.no worries. only i recommend buying from singapore store instead of usa. price different is big especially when buying in amazon cus amazon use different exchange rate. we cant simply use currency converter.

sgd-myr exchange rate in xbox singapore around 3.1-3.2.
