Hey guys, could someone help me with my wifi problem here. I restarted the router few days ago and the wireless function was gone so I went the 192.168.0.1 website to fix it no problem. But after that the wifi was connected but shown as No internet, secured with all the lights on the router is green.I also get the No Internet when using a Ethernet cable to connect.I use the tm tplink dir-615 router and Windows 10.

Sorry but I'm an amateur in these kinds of things. So should the IP address be the same as behind the router or should I try changing it. I tried to ping but could not find host. I could ping 192.168.0.1 with 4 packets, 4 packets received and lost 0.

Did you set up the Unifi account or not? If you factory reset the settings all gone.

Take a picture of lights of both the modem and the router. Let us see.

And screenshot of the status page of the DIR-615.
