Without no doubt, seasonic is the best choice for you.

Tier One
The highest quality and most stable Power Supply Units available. Protected by industrial grade protection circuitry and can output wattage at a rated maximum temperature of 50°C or below. These units are also Haswell certified, meaning they can cope with the C6 and C7 sleep states of 0.05Amps without triggering the under-current protection switch. May even go over labelled wattage and still work until it safely shuts down.

Its better to link an article to give credit to the author instead of cutting and pasting an article.

I think are several 'tier' psu articles floating around, some of which may not have been updated for a while.

You should ask yourself that question since its common practice to link articles instead of c'np the whole thing.

And that ranking list doesn't seem to fly well with the more knowledgeable psu posters (JG calls it shit) and I remembered it had some mistakes at least in the past. It alright for a quick check to see if something is really bad.

Super Flower Leadex Gold should be better than Seasonic M12II/s12II older group regulated design if not mistaken.

That tier article doesn't reflect what's in real life.

Seasonic for example, ranks high on Tier but shops do face high return rate.

Those low-tier PSU (like tier 3 or 4) aren't not usable either.
