Blackberry z10 cannot read sim card

Hello everyone, i kinda installed 10.3.2.2836 into a z10. currently sim card is not working, is there any way to fix the sim card issue? tried the sim card into another phone and its perfectly fine.
Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks |

I had this problem sometimes, I often remove my card -> reinstall --> reboot my phone. It works!

Yes. Try to do factory reset first and hopefully it is not a hardware issue

I believe the simcard pic already broken/bent. Are u using simcard adaptor?

You try to install another BBOS version again. I uploaded the latest version on the Z10 and found it pretty smooth and smooth. good luck !
