Thought this will shut them off & stop annoying me but later told me selection priority will be given to preassesed loan customer. Again I am told to prepare cheque for 10% down payment with the reason I could easily take back the cheque if I don't want to buy later. It could also means they can just give you back the cheque if the project is cancelled any time. Got very frustrated & took back my bank checked to cashed back my money. Waste my time. Recently come again ask me to pre-access loan again to go for priority booking, I said i already told ma loan no problem from my banker. They want me show them message/whatsapp from banker like "Mr.X loan XXXk amount no problem" Then i am ask my banker help me send a message to me to state my loan no problem, my banker also geram, she said i already help u access already ma no problem liao what they want lagi... haizz... end up i ignore them la.. last week they call me to go select unit, they said u select unit first year end sign snp, but you need apply and sign loan first. They said if before sign SNP i withdraw i need pay around 2k for my loan document fees. For my view Ecoworld not dare/no confident to official launch the Camdon, they wan people to book and sign loan so that they can have more "secure" on exactly number of buyer. I understand that they are desperate to push for sale at this moment, but i personally really disappointed with the tactic they use for this project. In my heart they should be par with elegant developer like Hunza, IJM, SPSetia but recent incident make me feel them like they are "2nd class" developer. May be it is due to their company financial status... |

hmmm... I though drainage should put at backyard how come put at middle of kitchen eh?? backyard garden why looks not as "green" as showroom area? If compare with simpang ampat eco meadow, looks like eco meadow landscape look more promising.. soulred777 liked this post
