How do we set up Utility Bill Payments via Standing Instruction? I like to be entitled for the 2% cash rebate.

Is this how posonline works?
If I pay my TM bill thru posonline.
RM106 + RM2.25 (2.12%) = therefore will be charged RM108.25
The CIMB online cash rebate will be based on RM106 or RM108.25?
