Got my online application rejected on the same day.
Would the CS be able to provide the reason for rejection?

I've been rejected twice for my application.
Currently with a CIMB card and 2 other card from diff banks. Got rejected the 1st time and thought it was the credit limit, so i lowered one from cimb, currently credit limit for all 3 card is just 29k. But still got rejected. Applied online and got rejected by sms almost immediately. Called CS but they do not know the reason of rejection. Have ptptn which i do pay one shot after a few months. Is it possible to change the current petronas card that i have to the cash reabte card? |
