Hi, I just gotten my first statement for the card, but there wasn't any cash rebate for my Umobile online payment.

Also, I did an online transaction with GBP currency. Is there a cash rebate for it as well? Cuz from my statement, there wasn't any rebate.

And spotify is eligible for the cash rebate as well is it?

Thank you!

Your statement will not show cash back as it's posted after 28th which is the statement date. Check under your recent transactions in CIMB Click.

To clarify, U Mobile payment is not eligible for cash back.

GBP currency, if it's online then it's eligible. Check under recent transactions.

Spotify yes, been getting it every month.

Please clarify with CIMB. No point arguing here on the Umobile.

That's for Standing Instruction not monthly payment.

Taobao yes.

Forget about that, the 2% rebate for mobiles and utilities must be a SI; auto-debit or auto-pay.

Thanks fruitie for the reminder.

Everything should be cleared now!

My cimbclicks shows me that my credit cards e-statements are ready, but when I click into e-statements, it shows nothing. Anyone knows why? confused.gif
