from the bank website, stated supp card only need supp card applicant's IC copy...
that's it? i never apply supp card before, just want to confirm so that i can submit all doc in one shot... |

cimb quite weird, the first time i want to apply credit card thru cimbclicks, doenst allow me to do so...
then submit docs thru branch...twice...got rejected... 2nd application check the status thru customer service, the staff said if first application is rejected, automatically second application is rejected and need to wait 6 months then apply again. then last 2 weeks, manage to apply thru cimbclicks...duno how and duno why suddenly can apply thru cimbclicks... immediately got staff call me to submit docs due to i do not have softcopy to submit...then they sent me email for the softcopy... today got the card, the approval date is 14th Dec... now wanting to activate the card and change pin, cimbclicks doesnt allow me to do so...[facepalm]  |

just called customer service, the staff guide me to link the card to my cimb clicks before doing anything, like pin change, or view statement..
perhaps ts can add this in first page? |
