Hi all, seems like CIMB Clicks having some problem to show some information pertaining to our CC. Not sure when the system will back to order?

Have you check your CCRIS report? Usually bankers not recommend their client to hold many CC at 1 go.

Go to CIMB card centre to request a new card replacement. Within 1 hour can get your new CC.

Did you submit sufficient resources for the bank to get approval? It will be good if your annual income is far more greater than their minimum requirement to apply this CC.

Despite given you 5 times the points for each purchase, they had adjusted the accumulated points in exchange of goods or vouchers. Try to compare this year and last year record, you may realized the points being revised drastically.

No point to get this CC if your monthly commitment in fuel stations is less than RM 3000. Better get other CC that offer valuable Cash Back than opt for this card.
