WMC = CIMB World MasterCard?
It seems this card have lower annual income which is RM100000 as compared to Public Bank WMC which need annual income of RM150000

What card is that? Did they send you a SMS asking if you are interested and if you don't want, then just reply the SMS. If you didn't reply means you are willing to have it.
I received for CIMB Tesco card but I replied the SMS and nothing was sent to me.
