OT: I will wait for my PBVS n report accordingly whether PBB recognize it as online transaction. My YOLO also have taobao hangzhou in nov, but bcoz I hit more than 833, can't confirm whether the transaction eligible for online cashback.

U can always log a case to them.. autodebit should be fixed date and they award based on system but their system failed to tag ur transaction properly that's y they need to manually cashback to u if u log a case to them. At least ur case will make them look into their system to rectify their error
