QUOTE(xphr3ak @ Mar 16 2017, 12:54 PM) That's mean i cannot pay full, right? Once the system has captured the outstanding as the statement balance, then you can pay. That's bad. Was thinking to pair it with Maybank Ikhwan Petronas. CIMB Petronas = weekdays Maybank Ikhwan Petronas = weekend Thanks man. Always pay the statement balance before payment due date to avoid being charged for interest rate + late payment fee. You don't want to play with fire for stacking up the statement balance and/or outstanding balance. |

Let me share an experience with my brother CIMB MC CR card.
I "used" his card for several online transactions. I'm pretty sure that I have keyed the details correct inclusive of the TAC. However, keep on facing transaction being rejected with several online merchants/portals. Called CS and they said everything looks fine. I did ask what was the error code. Lastly, I couldn't take it. I requested for a replacement card. The replacement card process is FAST. After call ended, new card number appears in CIMBClicks. New card arrived at door step on the same week (weekend I think). |

I just made a payment at PTPTN portal just now.
Successful. Statement updated though payment completed email from FPX hasn't received. P/S: Payment made at Penyata Baki inside Ujrah statement page. |
Since the fault is on CIMB, you are getting the free card replacement from CIMB, right?
The replacement is FOC. Not sure whose fault as I did ask if the card has been blocked for online transactions. They said not and everything is normal. I called CS twice. |

QUOTE(KeSToN @ Apr 6 2017, 11:22 AM) manage to pay my ptptn via cimb cash back card yesterday. they didnt even bother charging the extra 0.53 if we use credit card? No 53 cents for payment using credit card. this was the disclaimer below bayar -> Semua transaksi pembayaran balik melalui FPX bagi PTPTN akan dikenakan caj RM0.53 kepada akaun pembayar. I'm not sure why got such discrepancy. |

QUOTE(eternity4av @ Apr 9 2017, 08:58 AM) Quick questions my fellow seniors, currently I'm using Celcom RM80 monthly, so I'm entitled with 5% CIMB CR + 2% Autopay, was wondering does it still the same lets say I get a device installments + plan package that cost RM240, will I able to get 7% CB out of it? Excuse me, I thought 2% CIMB CR + 5% AutopayThis post has been edited by David83: Apr 9 2017, 10:49 AM |
