The lesser the sidewall height, the harder the ride quality. Vice versa, the more the sidewall height, the more comfortable the ride but also more floating. So like I said above, the ideal compromise based on my experience is to get tires with sidewall height between 10.5cm-11cm.
What is your current tire size and for what car? You need to match more or less with the same total diameter with maximum tolerance of 3% from original size, cannot just simply go thinner or taller tires as you wish.

Hmm very small car tires. I suggest just stick with the 165/60/14 coz it's rather thin already, borderline at 9.9cm sidewall.
