Usually $5 each incl balancing, if you gonna swap might as balance the tire

So I've a small nail on my sidewall dunno how I got it. Was told by tyre shop that I've to change the whole tyre. Since its a small nail the leak is very minor hence I've put pump one every two weeks

Where can I get a tube in shah alam instead of chasing the whole tyre (50% left)

I've 2 pcs on rear 225/45/17 bought late 2020 apparently it's bulging. Discovered this when I wanted to do balancing as steering felt a little shaky. Was informed by tyre shop no point do balancing as tyre is bulging and suggested to claim fro seller since most tires are with 5 yrs warranty. Any experience claiming such? What's the process? BTW these are Nexus Nfera tyres
