michelin primacy suv,.price around rm 350.comfort and quiet. if low budget just go for tyres like dunlop which is the stock tyre for naza ria,the price is more afforadable.

Hi all sifu.
Any recommendation for 1955515? Top priority will be grip. Currently using 003. Budget is not a problem since 15' won't go any further with the price. Thread wear also not a problem as I will change tyres every 3 years. 003 wet grip is bad when hitting 30k km... Is ps3 still relevant? Or already phase out and being replaced by ps4 Frequent travel in highway and karak bemtong raub that area once a months. So karak highway I need some good tyre This post has been edited by [Ancient]-XinG-: Aug 23 2017, 10:21 AM |

And do they have plan for UHP for 15"? PS3 is still available for 15' size coz PS4 only got from 16' above. As for your question if PS3 is still relevant/good tire compared to newer ones today, the answer is absolutely yes! If you look at the list of UHP tires available in 15' then you'd only have:So disappointed when ps4 start off with 16". 003 also have slot for 15.... PS3 F1D5 RE003 V12Evo2 V701 Out of those now PS3 is still the best well balance tire, the best in aquaplaning resistance while also provides good dry grip performance. The next closest one or practically almost equal to it is the Goodyear F1D5, also a very well balanced tire for dry & wet so this is the other best alternative. RE003 you know how it is already. Then the Hankook V12E2, from the reviews I read, it's also pretty good in the dry but might not be as good in the wet as PS3 (read some reviews that it can be just a tad tricky in the wet), still an interesting value for money choice though coz should be cheaper than RE003 and last longer. Last is the Yokohama Fleva V701 which really has very mixed reviews so far, some says decent enough some other says poor grip that is very easy to squeal and poor wet performance hence not so convincing IMHO. So in summary, by all means go with the PS3, otherwise get the F1D5. You won't go wrong with either of these 2. |
