Thinking of buying second Honda civic 8th generation 2.0 (2009-2011). Scouting around mudah and seems that the price varies from 60k to 80k! wow... what's the fair price for this car nowadays?

Yup, older 2006-2008's are above 40k while the 2005 and older are below 40k -- can be a good buy if you want a decent maintenance costing d-segment.

low maintenance d-segs would be either accord or camry.
largely they're the same but the honda might cost you more on the suspension bits.
