falconer doesnt really use falcon except dungeon boss and flying 10sec (90sec cd i think)

if you want fast lvling, better go for oblique shot (no cd)

twin arrow is a waste as it got cd (if not wrong 3 shot only before cd), not very useful if you got high lvl oblique shot

unable to comment on the part as i not familiar with wugushi and cannoneer

but better go for wugushi c3 than falconer

Elements recipe can be get from lvl2 or 3 treasure box but I forget where already. Total ingredient price isn't expensive also
