if ur 'tumpang" buyers lawyer....around 1.7-1.8 only

if ur use own lawyer ( diff from buyers lawyer ) the estimation cost around 4.5k - 5.5k for property 370k

If you choose to appoint your own lawyers:-

Legal Fees:-
SPA- RM3040
CKHT - RM300 per person
Discharge/Receipt and Reassignment (which is applicable depends on title or non title case and whether property still charged/assigned to bank) - RM300/400
(GST on the above - if applicable, depending on whether firm registered)

If still charged/assigned to bank:-
title case - Registration fees for discharge - RM70. Stamp duty RM10.
non title case - revocation of PA - around RM50. Stamp duty RM40.

If consent required - legal fees - RM300, registration fees 50, application fees 50. (registration and application fees may differ depending on land office)

Others - printing, transport, etc - Around RM400 to 500.

If you do not appoint your own lawyers, then you save on SPA legal fees.

But highly advisable to get your own lawyers to safeguard your interest.
