I think have serious hair loss issue. Not that to the extent of bald or got bald spot, but got to sweep sapu2 my room floor frequently because of hair lying around.
Other /k lads got this problem? How do you solve it? Btw, using pomade will cause this problem or not? (I'm not using pomade though).

You may think I am kidding, but cutting off your nuts will considerably halt male pattern baldness....

Are you up for it?

I follow Aeon magazines method. Don't rush in drying hair. Do it gently by touching the hair, shampoo limit to 3 times n I use coconut oil.

You have to look at your diet as well, start taking multivitamins if you haven't and yes use coconut oil on scalp (Franch oil brand is good).

I am different.

I am training to be bald.

100 Push-Ups
100 Sit-Ups
100 Squats
10KM Running
7 days a week.

AND not turning on the Air-conditioner. No matter how hot it gets.

From my experience:
- make sure scalp is always healthy, if unhealthy and oily, will feel itchy, hair fall is more and hair root kena block, susah to grow balik
- have sufficient amount of sleep
- drink enough water
- avoid oily/spicy/salty food especially if got ajinomoto
- maintain a healthy diet and exercise, protein is essential for hair growth btw
- don't comb your hair when it is wet, especially the forehead there, you don't want to have M-shape like me
- not scientifically proven yet but I think radiation from computer/laptop/mobile phones contribute to hair loss
- try to avoid chemical based shampoos if possible, go for herbal based shampoos instead

Currently I'm using Ecoherbs, quite pricy but it does make my scalp feel refreshed and got cooling effect. Used to have a little bald spot at the centre of my head but now no more edi. My M-shape still cannot solve though. My advice is don't spend unnecessary money visiting big hair care centres, it can easily reach thousands and they will keep recommending expensive treatments and products. Unless you're loaded, then different story.

Other method. Use toothbrush to gently brush off clean from scalp each angle of your head. If you get bald is not my fault.

Less fapping (or any testosterone inducing activity), less beers/liquors, good diet, and good shampoo.
