Steam purchase help needed

Hi,
So during this Summer sale my father lend me his Maybank card (I am now well knowledge guy about Credit & debit cards sigh) but I tried to purchase but cant do any....I can assure about account's cash deposit can anyone help me out? Attached thumbnail(s)

Is it a debit or credit card? If it's the former, then you can't use it to buy Steam games. If it's the latter, then call the credit center to enable online transaction.

 for this time I just bought a few Steam wallet codes from Impulse....I have to look for a permanent solution though thanx anyway |
