SOME BENCHMARK
Bench and test ran on Windows 7 Home Premium (not activated). GPU running factory clocks. The Asus GTX 970 Turbo OC can be overclock to 1,405 Mhz Clock/ 1960 Mhz Memory but needed 750 Watts PSU

Attached Image
Cinebench R15. New Skylake i7-6700K need to overclock to 4.7 Ghz to beat this CPU mark.

Attached Image
Grid 2 - 2560 x 1440, 8MSAA, Ultra Settings

Attached Image Attached Image Attached Image Attached Image Attached Image
Battlefield 4 - Campaign Shanghai

Overall bench feels slower because running from HDD plus using Windows 7. Use to feel faster when ran using SSD and Windows 10. But still good enough for 1440P. In fact Grid 2 ran over 80 fps in 4K no AA. Fifa 15 over 60 fps 4K no SLI.

With SSD and 750 Watts PSU overclock the GPUs, 3dmark Firestrike score was 15,289 Firestrike Result Physics is 25% faster that Skylake i5-6600K OC 4.7 GHz

Plus if DX12 CPU scaling is implemented properly in future DX12 games, the Xeon 8-Core might just perform pretty well.

Commitment needs to be settled first. 3-4 months, maybe. I don't know. But chances are, by that time if this rig is not sold yet, most probably because its has moved into HTPC casing and sits under my living room TV. The GTX 970 SLI will go back into my main rig and I can kiss freesync on my monitor goodbye.

The best that I can do is offer the computer, minus the 2 x GTX 970 GPUs, minus the 2 x 8GB RAM and minus the 1TB WD HDD. The rest will have to go together. Let me know if that's okay.
