QUOTE(goldfries @ Jul 7 2016, 09:37 PM) http://www.hardwarezone.com.my/tech-news-n...dition-officialhttp://www.lowyat.net/2016/109080/nvidia-g...around-rm-1000/2016 already and people still never learn, still want to convert the announced SRP for upcoming graphics card to MYR with exchange rate. Dream on guys, it doesn't work that way. I has never been direct conversion since the 1990s and it won't be even now. Your best bet to avoid disappointment is to multiply it by 5.2. SRP x exchange rate x 1.3 (add 30%, at a bare minimum). Was deciding between 1060 and 1070 for purely 1080p(sofar) gaming Non-FE 250x5.2x1.3 = RM1690 FE 300x5.2x1.3 = RM2028 GTX 1070 RM1999 here i come.

QUOTE(Demonic Wrath @ Jul 7 2016, 10:20 PM) That's some seriously wrong calculation there. Based on previous release (GTX1070 and GTX1080): USD 379 x 5.3 = ~RM 2000 USD 449 x 5.3 = ~RM 2400 GTX1080 USD 599 x 5.3 = RM 3200 USD 699 x 5.3 = RM 3700 so GTX1060 USD 249 x 5.3 = RM 1320 USD 299 x 5.3 = RM 1580 I only calculated by goldfries recommendation. Your best bet to avoid disappointment is to multiply it by 5.2. SRP x exchange rate x 1.3 (add 30%, at a bare minimum). You're right. your calculation seems more appropriated. My guess would be around RM1400 to 1600.

QUOTE(Someonesim @ Jul 9 2016, 03:10 PM) Just found out this is the seller in gemfive for that 1070 that's still in sold out status now. That gamerock version are one of the highest clocked 1070 in market now, I think highest. Did you bought from him? was wondering how's the after sale service and warranty claim

QUOTE(Someonesim @ Jul 9 2016, 03:55 PM) Even you're playing at 800x600, you still have to download 60-80GB data. Nope, I was too late to join. I hope nothing wrong with this seller. I found exact same price for the card at lazada, so I think his price wasnt too low to be suspicious It's gemfive who gave out discount that's helping. EDIT: It's in stock now should I jump in Yup. It's in stock now. as well as gtx1080. seriously considering now

QUOTE(goldfries @ Jul 10 2016, 10:01 PM) I heard it starts from RM 1249. Price varies depending on model, can be RM 13xx range. I think FE should be 1500 - 1600 range. *Nope, I did not sign any NDA. Can't wait for review already. so that i can decide on gtx1060 or gtx1070

QUOTE(Mr.Beanster @ Jul 15 2016, 10:46 PM) Stated delivery time is 3-5 days working time. Will get our card by next week. You got the Jetstream as well?. I wanted to get the Gamerock but the last card has been snatched away and the seller say it will not have stock until the August. I just opt for the cheapest solution as i still gaming on 1080p and not fond of Gamerock colourway anyway

QUOTE(FaezFarhan @ Jul 19 2016, 06:48 PM) I see. That voucher on Gemfive seems really good but is there anymore stock for GTX1070? What about the GTX1080? How far off is the GTX1070? http://www.gemfive.com/my/palit-gtx1080-ga...gb-ddr5x-257bitThis GTX1080 got stock now. GameRock version which is better than jetstream. will come to 2650 with voucher. For Gtx1070 you could ask the seller to restock through fb
