yes that's what part of me said in my mind..   but another part of me always counter back by saying "i'm not comfortable spending another RM300-RM400 more"   
besides, i only have a 60Hz Dell S2415H IPS 21.8" IPS. No plans on changing to 144Hz or G-sync monitor anytime soon or for the next 2-3 years, so getting a GTX1070 is quite overkill

i tested on Witcher 3, full ultra at 1080P and Geralt hairwork on.

highest temp can up to 82c and FPS 50-60. If idle on dekstop, is about 40c

The fan is damn quite compare to my HD7870XT

same findings on the card's temp here. the default auto speed adjust is just too optimistic. need to manually adjust the fan curve to keep the temp in comfortable zone 

you can use the overclocking/monitoring utilities from the respective manufacturers to do it.
for zotac, it is called Firestorm. You can use the one from MSI as well, Afterburner
