 Document to buyer for loan, s&p require ?

I'm selling my house, what document do i need provide to buyer for loan application ?
Strata title done, loan discharge settle already.
Do i still need to give him the previous S&P since i have the strata title already ?

Since i have settle and discharge the loan already, Do i still need to give buyer my previous S&P copy to apply loan ? Just strata title enough ?

Yep, some bank require. To speed up the loan processing. Just provide the copy s&p too.
