For Blizzard's game in general, we should select Americas region. The nearest server usually in Americas region, with Starcraft2 as exception because SEA has our own region, but probably low population~
For Heroes of the Storm, you can choose Singapore as your preferred server. Check the in-game settings.
For Overwatch you can select Americas or Asia because the progress is not locked to regions.
But I prefer Americas, to avoid Koreans xD
But to be honest, these lag issue with Overwatch, sometimes I wonder if the issue was on Blizzard's side. No other game lag this bad. Even people from other region also complained about it.
